5. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities, and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, wholesale, bulk, and discounted items are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product has a verified quality defect and clear photos are provided within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper washing/care.

Damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s wash label or care instructions is
not considered a quality defect and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
