1. Shipping Destinations

Tikooo Warehouse currently ships orders within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request for wholesale or bulk orders. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier performance. Standard domestic shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We primarily ship orders via USPS or other reputable carriers. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Shipping Delays

Tikooo Warehouse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, including but not limited to weather conditions, holidays, labor disruptions, or carrier scanning delays.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. Tikooo Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees or deemed non-refundable.

8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Shipping terms for wholesale or bulk orders may vary based on order size and destination. Delivery timelines and carrier arrangements will be confirmed prior to shipment. All wholesale shipments are considered final once dispatched.
