REFUND POLICY

1. Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise stated, all retail orders, wholesale orders, bulk purchases, and discounted items are considered final sale. As a general rule, these items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are primarily accepted for verified quality defects, provided that clear photos and supporting evidence are submitted within 7 days of delivery.

In exceptional cases, requests involving non-defective items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Tikooo Warehouse. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

All return or exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Tikooo Warehouse reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

3. Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances, unless otherwise approved in writing by Tikooo Warehouse:

  • Damage caused by failure to follow wash label or care instructions

  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or heat exposure

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference

  • Items reported outside the 7-day claim window

4. Condition of Returned Items
Any approved return or exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Issues
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly. Tikooo Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at the sole discretion of Tikooo Warehouse, unless otherwise required by law. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
