        These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a verified quality issue upon delivery.

        What is your return & exchange policy?

        We only accept returns or exchanges if the product has a confirmed quality defect and clear photos are provided within 7 days of delivery.

        Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

        • Damage caused by not following the wash label or care instructions
        • Normal wear and tear
        • Incorrect washing, drying, or heat exposure
        • Customer preference, sizing issues, or change of mind

        All claims are subject to review and approval by Tikooo Warehouse.
        Items damaged due to improper washing or care are not considered quality defects and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
